ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE YOUR PRODUCT HAS GONE TO MANUFACTURING OR HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

Orders cancelled after payment is processed but before manufacturing has commenced will be charged a 15% cancellation fee of the total invoice. If your product/order has been shipped and delivery is refused then you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse plus a 10% restocking fee.

All payments and deposits for special orders or custom orders are non-refundable.
